Association / Dues
One hundred dollars a year, for every phase.
Dues fund the association’s insurance, common areas, fire safety work and the cost of running the board. There are two electronic options as well as payment by post.
Before you pay
Two things to remember.
Put your Woodside Ranch address in the payment notes, so the treasurer can match your payment to your property.
Choose the friends-and-family option where your app offers it. It keeps the processing fees off the association.
